Return & Refund Policy

Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW): Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been dispatched. Once This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including in cases where a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.
Printed Posters: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us with photos for assistance.

Glass Containers: 14-day returns accepted for unused items in original packaging. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded.

Supplements & Zoelite DDW: Due to health and safety regulations, opened products cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired products reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns That Will Not Be Accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect measurements taken by the customer.
  • The customer ordered the wrong size, model, or product.
  • The product does not fit the intended space.
  • The customer changed their mind after dispatch.
  • Minor colour variations due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.
  • Damage caused by improper assembly.
  • Damage caused by misuse, overloading, or incorrect installation.
  • General wear and tear from normal use.
  • Failure to review product dimensions and specifications before purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that product measurements and specifications are suitable prior to purchasing

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • You may be required to provide clear photographs and supporting information for assessment. The original packaging must be retained during this process.
  • If the product is confirmed to have a fault or major failure under the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL.
  • The 25% restocking fee does not apply to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
  • Where required under the ACL, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The product remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and inspected by Vista Shop.

For faulty goods covered under Australian Consumer Law:

  • We will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required under the ACL.
